Symon Madry
Founder & Director

From enterprise to startup, I have spread ideas, elevated brands, shifted products, and distinguished individuals.

But what you should really know is that I think about perception - a lot.

How do people perceive time? Does word selection impact reaction? What story does a photo tell? How do others ‘see’ and process numbers in their mind?

It led to a 20 year career in communications, shaping the public perception of people and organisations in Australia, the UK, and across the world. I did this for Amazon Web Services, BAE Systems, Dropbox, eHarmony, Google, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Motorola, MYOB, National Australia Bank, NBN Co, Palo Alto Networks and many others.

I then sought to underpin my communications experience with studies in psychology.

Because I believe the ability to be understood by, and motivate others, is one of the most important and powerful skills one can have; and that combining the art of communication with the science of perception is the most effective way to do it.
